Saturday we received a letter from Andrew Hove, Chairman of the FDIC, dated November 4, 1997 and enclosed with it was a copy of a 9 page letter with appendix, from Joseph Shea to you dated September 18, 1997 discussing some of the points in our brief submitted to the FDIC on September 12, 1997 at our joint mediation meeting in your offices.
