We have been informed by your constituents that many of your offices have refused to make a statement regarding our situation because of "confidentiality," and that "you do not have our permission to speak."
Please have this Memorandum serve as authorization by John and Rhetta Sweeney that you -- Senator Tarr; D. A. Burke; D. A. Reilly; A. G. Harshbarger; Governor Cellucci; Rep. Clark; Rep. Tierney; Senator Kerry; Senator Kennedy -- have our permission to make public statements as to your personal knowledge about our situation in Hamilton, Ma.
Please disclose all information to anyone as to your complete knowledge of the facts.
In particular we – as well as your constituents -- demand a statement from you regarding what you are currently doing or have done, to correct the well documented evidence provided to you personally. As you know, we have suffered harm from abuse and violations of law by the failed ComFed Savings Bank, ComFed Mortgage Co. Inc. (state organization -existing only under state law) and the subsequent fraud and cover up of fraud by the federal banking agencies.
