Sweeney and John Sweeney ("Sweeneys") are seeking a preliminary injunction to restrain a foreclosure and for damages against the defendants, ComFed Savings Bank, ComFed Mortgage Company, Inc., ComFed Advisory Company, Inc. (collectively "ComFed"), and Dennis Furey.
