RE: UNLAWFUL FEDERAL MARSHALL SIEGE OF THE SWEENEY PROPERTY

Dear Representative Gingrich:

Abuse of power & corruption in the private sector is disheartening and should not be tolerated. When the same crimes involve Federal Judges and government agencies it is down right frightening and cannot be tolerated.

I know you are in receipt of a recent request from John & Rhetta Sweeney in which they ask for you to schedule full Congressional hearings to investigate the unlawful seizure of their property.

I have made multiple phone calls to people who are supposed to represent me at the state and federal levels. This is a sampling of the results:

Senator Kennedy: . . . can’t get involved because the situation involves a Federal Judge.
( By my logic that is why he should get involved.)

Senator Kerry: After taking an extensive history from me regarding the Sweeneys case, Senator Kerry’s aide said he would get back to me. It has been two weeks. He hasn’t gotten back and is no longer available, nor does he return calls left on his voice mail.

Governor Weld: His aides gave me answers that were not germane to my question. When I pointed this out they hung up on me-(an interesting technique-one I haven’t seen used since seventh grade.)

I have come to the conclusion that the people I have contacted have no intention of being part of the solution and very likely are part of the problem.

How many other American Citizens have had their Property seized unlawfully by government agencies? One is too many and cannot be tolerated. It is imperative that you schedule a full Congressional hearing before the U. S. Senate and the U. S. House of Representatives immediately and issue subpoenas stopping the individuals who are responsible for creating this very dangerous situation.

Sincerely,

Russ & Linda Hamilton
